Tacky Pad Repair

To know if the tacky pad is applied correctly here is a simple test:
  1. Apply the HiLO Lens to a flat clean surface e.g. the screen of an iPhone
  2. Look very closely around the edge of the tacky pad
  3. If the tacky pad is not sitting evenly on the surface then there is a problem
  4. If you can see space between the surface and the tacky pad there is a problem
If the tacky pad needs to be repaired please follow the instructions at http://www.hilolens.com/TackyPadFix.pdf

The key is to use a damp microfiber cloth so it does not attach to the tacky pad and to get the pad flat near the lens before applying pressure to the rest of the pad.
